Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher is expected to miss the next three games with what sources are calling a Grade 2 hamstring strain.

The eight-time Pro-Bowler suffered the injury on the second-to-last play of Sunday's overtime loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

It's an injury that has the potential to sideline Urlacher for the remainder of the season. It was a non-contact injury as he said he heard a "pop" while chasing down Russell Wilson on one of the quarterback's scrambles.

The Bears have prepared for an Urlacher injury and are ready to have Nick Roach slide into the middle while Geno Hayes takes over at outside linebacker.

Uralcher can only hope to be healthy in time for the playoffs as hamstrings are tricky injuries, and Chicago has signed Dom DeCicco, who they released prior to the season.
